Bienvenue sur le site iPath pour le RAFT, le Réseau en Afrique Francophone pour la Télémédecine.

iPath est un logiciel libre développé à l'Université de Bâle qui permet la publication de cas pour lesquels un deuxième avis médical est souhaité auprès d'experts participant au réseau iPath. Les cas doivent être anonymisés et soumis au groupe "RAFT Forum". Ils sont revus par les modérateurs du groupe, qui s'assurent de leur complétude, puis publiés à destination du ou des groupes d'experts concernés.

Les modérateurs et administrateurs de ces groupes sont le Dr Cheikh Oumar Bagayoko et le Professeur Antoine Geissbuhler. Ils peuvent également vous aider pour vous inscrire dans le système et vous former à son utilisation.

Dear User of the Telemedicine Communication Platform iPath

The association TeleMed Basel (formerly iPath Basel) is herewith informing you that the structure and organisation of the free internet platform iPath will be reorganised fundamentally. Additionally, the association TeleMed Basel, which owns the hosting contracts of the server of this platform, will be closed.

Therefore, the hosting contract of this server (in the computing centre of the University of Basel) will end on June 2010. Until then Monika Hubler will continue to support the users of the existing iPath system at the University of Basel.

Dear users,

Dr T.S. Bastian from Mangalore, India, has initiated a new "Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology & Microbiology Forum". The purpose is to bring all the faculty and the researchers who are interested in this field and the associated fields,under a common platform so that difficult cases could be discussed in an open forum.Researchers can share their areas of expertice and can be of guidance to other researchers.The forum will also explore the possibilities of interuniversity academic interactions and exchange programmes between faculties from different countries.This discussion group will be open to accomodate anyone with serious interests in Oral & Maxillofacial pathology & Microbiology.
